The Climate Summit (COP25) is held from December 2 to 13 in Madrid, at IFEMA.
The 2019 United Nations Climate Change Conference will be the 25th conference of the parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP25).
Taking advantage of this special event, on 10 December from 13:15 to 14:00, the LIFE Zero Cabin Waste Project will be presented, whose purpose is to improve the management of waste from aircraft catering service. To achieve this goal, a procedure will be developed to lay the groundwork for sustainable waste management, with the least possible impact, analysing current management and management proposal through life cycle analysis.
Iberia together with Ecoembes, Gate Gourmet (GG), Ferrovial and ESCI-UPF are leading this project.
