Among the objectives of the Zero Cabin Waste Project is the publication of papers in international journals to disseminate the progress made in the management of air catering waste over the 40-month duration of the project.
In this sense, last September, the paper Tackling international airline catering waste management: LIFE Zero Cabin Waste Project. State of the Art and Fisrt steps was published in the journal Detritus. Multidisciplinary Journal for Waste Resources & Residues, specifically in the volume September 3, 2018.
