On November 24, a new follow-up meeting took place between the different partners of the Life + Zero Cabin Waste Project.
The meeting was held at the Iberia headquarters in Madrid and was attended by the representatives of Iberia, Ecoembes, Gate Gourmet and Ferrovial in person and ESCI was present by telephone.
Mainly, the progress of the last months in the actions of implementation of the project was reviewed: training to crew and employees in Iberia and Gate Gourmet, adaptation of the facilities of Gate Gourmet and Ferrovial, separation tests on board with the new waste trolley prototype and monitoring of the different indicators of progress of the project.
In addition, doubts were clarified regarding the preparation of the report and the deliverables associated with the Mid-Term Report, which will be delivered in February 2018.
